PDF Bates
Using PDF format for storing business documentation is very popular. However, editing such documents, and especially bates stamp numbering is a problem for many users. If you would like to organize your documentation according to the stamping standards, assigning unique identifier for each file and each page, you will find Bates Express extremely useful. It automatically adds PDF bates to preselected documents, and can process lots of documents at a heat.
Originally stamp bates were used in paper documents to simplify the search of information in a big scope of judicial or commercial documents. Each paper has its own index that was recorded in document registry, so it was very easy to find which case the document belongs too, when it was created, who made edits, etc. If you'd like to have the same system in your electronic PDF file storage, you can add stamp bates to PDF documents with the help of Bates Express.
